Helpful throughout the entire process!
Long story short, my credit got mixed up with my brother's because our SS# are very similar. Brian was very helpful in guiding me through the process of getting everything fixed. Going as far as having a conference call with the credit reporting agency that created the mix-up. The mix-up included home loans, vehicle loans, student loans, and credit cards. Close to 20 accounts that were not mine. It took a long time (5 months) to clear everything up but Brian was always just a phone call or e-mail away. The actual home buying process only took maybe 3 weeks from approval to closing! Thanks, Brian!

Brian did a great job!
We were refinancing to build another building on our property. My husband is self employed which normally means lots of headaches and extra paperwork, but not in this instance!! We would speak over the phone and if he said he was sending me something, we would hang up and it was there!! It was a simple process, if he needed a live signature he would email me the papers, we would sign them, my husband would drop them at an office 5 mins. away and they would forward them to him. A man came to the house at our convenience for the closing, signed a few papers and it was done!! We now have our beautiful new building. I immediately put Brian in my contacts and would recommend him to anyone. Greatest Customer Service Ever!!
